Staff needs to treat customers more professionaly. The lady needs a serious attitude adjustment and has a lack of patience. Listening to the customer if they have something to say or ask without intturpting or having a rude tune, would be a great start!! Will not visit again.

the lady there was extremely rude and accused my friend of stealing. and told us to “ get out the store or i’m calling the police” very bad customer service will not be going back!

A reasonable range of snacks, food and drink; but pricier than a supermarket.

5am off to the airport. We love the coffee at 7eleven. Decide to stop for coffee. Realised it's self service. Couldn't see anyone ar the service window. We press the buzzer numerous time. 7mins later an old man appear. He said he didn't hear buzzer from the bathroom. We ask for x2 $3 cappuccino. Driving off we took a sip... it both tasted like hot watered down milk. Never going there again. His service ruined the start of our morning

Very rude and unreasonable even though I explained about the coffee using the wrong cup. I should have threw out the cup and get a new one.

This shop has the friendliest nicest staff. It’s always a pleasure to go there. Only problem is the coffee machines are always not working properly.With BP going up next door the wild bean cafe may take your business. Spend sometime to get them working well.

It's with regret I write this review as I have shopped here since it's opened. Got to store about 1315hrs no one in store not even store person. I thought oh well I will make me a drink and there was no raspberry. The store manager Kelly finally came out and had her head down in what looked like someone's resume. She asked me to wait which I did when I asked for $5 data Optus Top up which I have always done at this store as early as yesterday I did this. She informed me that they only have $10 Optus when I told her I brought one yesterday she throw the computer screen in my direction telling me they don't sell it. After looking again she then printed it out and then on my way out decided to have another go. I told her she was rude and wanted her name. She got upset and very angry. This post does not reflect on the other hard-working nice polite people working there. Sheis not a good example of a Manager and if she can get so sensitive with me the customer goodness'help her staff. Someone needs to check and ask the question R U OK.

Very expensive place when buying a smoke, they charge $8 more for a 20mg pouch. U go to another petrol station its much cheaper. I was going to fill up my truck as well but changed my mind.

I use 711 regularly and this particular 711 has the worst workers! So rude everytime I go in there. Save yourself the Hassel and go to the other 711 on the corner of pinjarra road and lakes road. If you prefer a smile and better customer service.
