Caught a couple of the regular young staff at counter when they by themselves trying to overcharge on items so they can pocket the profit for themselves on multiple occasions such as the young Asian boy who works their on afternoons an had to correct them an they just play dumb, be careful an always check the total cost for yourself before paying.

Didn't used to be too bad. But the service has gone right downhill here lately. Last two times buying fuel, Indian bloke on the counter has appalling manners and no customer service skills. You're in the wrong business, pal. I don't get fuel here anymore. They lost my business.

always out of cup trays so when buying multiple drinks they spill in your car - never any chicken sandwiches on white bread either

I’m a regular 7-Eleven coffee drinker which I believe is the best coffee can get. But today I would love to give 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the 2 girls who are servicing the customers, are amazing and genuinely passionate about what they’re doing, their welcoming,helping and their smile. Surley all of you know that 7/11 is a generous station and every month they provide free stuff. As I live nearby this branch, I always get happy from my experience meeting the workers there. Smile faces and happy customers. And guess what? Every time I go to that branch, I find my favorite pie ready for me as the workers knowing my time and my favorite pie. For me this is great experience and worth to give some time writing this review, how about you? Usually the staff are super friendly and have great customer service but the young Indian lady working at 5.52 pm on wed night was extremely unfriendly. I greeted her and she totally ignored me and then had a miserable look on her face the whole time . Definitely shouldn’t be working in customer service if she looks so unhappy to be there .

Has cheaper fuel every now and then. Staff are friendly and there is all the usual stuff here that you would find at most service stations. For example: Wheele chair parking, compressed air, water and snacks. If you are exiting onto Eigth RD just be carful and look both ways. There is always a near miss happening.

The absolute, most rude person that works at the till. The store ran out of money in their register and after we drew money from the ATM inside, they had a big argument with us telling us they don't have money so they can only give change in $5 and coins. We said it was OK and tried giving her our money but she continued to scream at us for around 5 minutes, getting frustrated at us and waving her arms everywhere. Their was another member of staff in the building but she couldn't communicate to open the other till to get bigger notes for change. She eventually took the cash and then did it to the next customer that wanted to pay. Would avoid fueling up here even if it was the cheapest! Dissapointed in 7-eleven. We felt more like idiots than customers.

Rude staff member at 8pm the coffee machine stuffed up the drink and he refused to make right still making me pay for it and then tried to overcharge on 3 items and when pointed out he acted like it was nothing as it happens all the time 05-08-19
